Business Roles in Ticket Sale System:

System Dealer – a legal entity having concluded a contract with the system to sell tickets through its own retail network and have an on-line access to collective database.
System Sub-dealer – a legal entity having concluded a contract with a dealer to sell tickets (of the dealer's pool) through its points of sales with a possibility of on-line access to collective database.
Ticket Owner – a legal entity having concluded a contract with the system to sell admission tickets it owns for a particular event. The tickets are dispensed (printed out) on system standard form.
