Client Software
Payment system allows you to send payments accepted in various ways through various channels. In some cases special software is developed for this matter, e.g. software for payment kiosk, in other cases input gateway or something else is employed.
Channels through which payments are accepted are the following:
- Payment kiosk
- Software application downloaded on the computer (Automated Cashier Workstation)
- Applet on a mobile phone
- Web application
- POS terminal
- Input gateway (working over eKassir v2 protocol)
- Payment transfer based on the received payment register

Experience in payment system implementations both in Russia and abroad has shown that different methods of payment acceptance become popular in different markets depending on the situation and market conditions. Thus, in Russia the most widely used payment acceptance method is through payment kiosks and cashier-operated points, and in Tajikistan, for example, the most popular method of payments is through mobile phone (the cheapest way).
Software of eKassir system is capable of accepting payments through any available channels. If necessary, client software functionality can be expanded in the course of the project development.
